Sport in Mind World Mental Health Day

Office Closure for WMHD 2024

#TeamBBFA take on walking challenge to mark World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day 2024

The Berks & Bucks FA office in Milton Park will be closed on Thursday 10th October as the team take on an annual physical activity challenge in support of charity partner Sport in Mind for World Mental Health Day.

Since starting the partnership with Sport in Mind, the team at Berks & Bucks FA have marked World Mental Health Day each year by undertaking a physical activity challenge to raise awareness of the importance of sport & physical activity for our mental health.

In 2022, the team took on a cycling challenge to raise money for the national charity, and in 2023, the team walked a combined total of 195 miles to represent the 195 countries across the world where Mental Health is a human right, as was the theme of last year's event.

The office will reopen as normal on Friday 11th October when we will endeavour to respond to any queries as soon as possible upon returning to work.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would encourage members to email support@berks-bucksfa.com if their query is urgent.
