Vacancy | Commercial & Partnerships Officer

Location: This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, OX14 4SB), home and around the County.
Salary: Band 4 (£26,280 - £32,121) per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours:
35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends in line with the demands of the role.)
Contract: Full time - Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028).


The opportunity


Berks & Bucks FA prides itself on being an organisation run by good people and believes that EVERYONE should be able to play football in a safe environment. Our role is simple to lead, protect and support an individual’s journey in football by inspiring a lifelong relationship with the game. 

We are looking for someone to lead our commercial and partnership work across the Football areas of Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. The more access to commercial and partnership funding, the more opportunities we have to develop the game further. This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.

The successful candidate must be determined, a team player as well as having the ability to maintain multiple projects and deadlines.
 

Main responsibilities 

• To support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.
To Identify new and maximise existing corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities to generate additional revenue for reinvestment back into grassroots football.
Manage relationships with commercial partners, charities, and community organisations.  
To achieve and exceed set targets annually for commercial income as per the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.
To enhance the image, profile and reputation of Berks & Bucks FA through commercial sponsorships and partnership activities.
