The BBFA In-Club Mentor Programme returns for the 2024/25 season.

The initiative enables us to support Mentors & Developers currently working with coaches at their Clubs across Berks & Bucks FA and provide skills, resources and consistency to ultimately continue to develop players. 

This season we will be delivering x4 workshops with the series being delivered by FA Coach Mentor Developer, Robbie Blood and will be covering the following:

• Mentor Framework
• Importance of building relationships
• Understanding Wider Skills & Attributes
• Offering a Personalised & Connect Support to your Coaches

By being part of the workshops, you will have opportunity to work closely with other Mentors across BBFA and importantly network and share ideas.

Thursday 5th December 2024, 7:15pm-9:15pm (The Hive, Wycombe)
Tuesday 4th February 2025, 7:30pm-9pm (Online)
Tuesday 1st April 2025, 7:15pm-9:15pm (The Hive, Wycombe)
